There isn’t a perfect person in this world. All people have their own limitations and weaknesses. But these shouldn’t hinder you from seeing yourself as the next president of your school organization, the captain of your varsity team, or the CEO of the company you’re working for.
Perhaps you lack patience or you are disorganized. So what? There’s nothing wrong with lacking certain qualities that would help you get to where you want to go.
As long as you are open to acquiring these qualities and you are ready to develop them and make them a part of your system, then there’s nothing else that can stop you from becoming the next great leader.
